PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & IMAGES
All products are described as accurately as possible and to our best knowledge. We will correct any mistakes as soon as they are identified. Images, where used, are representative of the product and colours may vary slightly.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right, in the event of a pricing error to make adjustments, whether an order confirmation has been issued or not. However, we will always offer a full refund or an alternative product if you are not satisfied.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro using our third party secure payment gateway. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, you will be notified immediately. Other payment methods may be available upon request.

DELIVERY
In stock items will usually be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of order and will be sent via a traceable postal service provided by either by Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery will usually be within 7 working days although this may extend subject to stock availability. You will be advised immediately if the delivery of any items is likely to be delayed beyond 7 working days.
FAULTY GOODS
Faulty goods must be reported to us via email within 28 days from the date the order was placed at which time you will be advised of an address to where the goods are to be returned. Upon receipt, the goods will be checked and if found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent immediately subject to stock availability. If we are unable to replace the goods in a reasonable amount of time, a full refund will be offered. The returned goods must be in the same condition as supplied and complete with all original packing to comply. All costs involved with returning the goods to us will be incurred by the customer.
